• The Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA), established in 1940, is historically the first Higher Education Institution focused on Economics, Business and Management studies in Slovakia.
• The EUBA is a public Higher Education Institution, considered nowadays as one of the most important educational and scientific-research institutions in the Slovak Republic.
• It provides higher education in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral programmes for full-time and part-time students.
• As the only university in Slovakia, we provide comlex education in the fields of economics and management in all study programs and at all three study degrees. We belong to the 6 percent of schools in the world with a focus on economics degree programs that have received the prestigious AACSB accreditation. We are thus the first university in Slovakia, the first university in the former Czechoslovakia and the third university in the V4 countries to receive this accreditation.
• In terms of student numbers the EUBA’ s share of the Slovak Higher Education market is significant, and it maintains its leading position in the provision of Economics, Business and Management degree programmes.

V súčasnom období Ekonomickú univerzitu v Bratislave tvorí sedem fakúlt:

• Národohospodárska fakulta so sídlom v Bratislave,
• Obchodná fakulta so sídlom v Bratislave,
• Fakulta hospodárskej informatiky so sídlom v Bratislave,
• Fakulta podnikového manažmentu so sídlom v Bratislave,
• Fakulta medzinárodných vzťahov so sídlom v Bratislave,
• Fakulta aplikovaných jazykov so sídlom v Bratislave,
• Podnikovohospodárska fakulta so sídlom v Košiciach.

Na fakultách EUBA v rôznych formách študuje 7-tisíc študentov, z ktorých mnohí získali zahraničné štipendiá, čo svedčí o dobrej úrovni ich prípravy na Ekonomickej univerzite v Bratislave. Absolvent školy je ekonóm, ktorý ovláda všeobecné ekonomické teórie, osvojil si poznatky z národohospodárskej politiky, podnikového hospodárstva, manažmentu, marketingu, financií, kvantitatívnych metód v ekonómii, informatiky, práva a ďalších disciplín využívaných v hospodárskej praxi a ktorý dokáže komunikovať aspoň v dvoch svetových jazykoch. Absolvent školy je adaptabilný a zároveň učiaci sa človek, ktorý po nastúpení do zamestnania si ďalej osvojuje potrebné pracovné návyky, ale aj nové teoretické poznatky týkajúce sa predovšetkým objektu práce.

EUBA je signatárom Magna Charta Universitatu a pripojila sa tiež k iniciatíve OSN Global Compact. Zároveň aktívne pôsobí v nasledujúcich medzinárodných organizáciách:
