Acquisition of professional education in the field of design and construction of various buildings necessary for the exercise of the profession or for advancement to the doctoral level of study.
Prospects of graduates
The graduate will receive education in the whole spectrum of construction professions with orientation on theoretical and practical focus of construction of civil, engineering and water structures. He/she will be able to provide his/her own, original solutions to problems in the field of construction, especially in the preparation, implementation, reconstruction, rehabilitation and use of all types of buildings and sets of buildings at higher and management levels.

- A foreign national who has not completed a Bachelor's degree in Slovak and is interested in studying a study programme in Slovak or in a combination of Slovak and English, must submit a document confirming knowledge of the Slovak language at least at B1 level by the deadline 20 June 2025 (or 15 August 2025 in the 2nd round of the entrance examinations). Without this document the applicant will not be admitted to the study.
