Prospects of graduates

Graduate degree program of Electroenergy will know how to solve operational and technical problems in the production, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity. Obtain knowledge about principles and functions of the optimal economic use of electricity and heavy equipment on their environmental impact, high-voltage technology, management of power systems, electrical networks and stations and protective systems to ensure safe and reliable operation of production facilities, distribution and transmission electricity. These processes, from design, planning and operation, are designed using modern methods of deployment with a view to optimizing the operation of equipment using computer technology. From this perspective, a graduate engineering studies, in addition to the typical knowledge of electricity generation, transmission and consumption, control programming techniques that are necessary to ensure reliable operation of the power system as a whole.

Finds application especially in technical and operational sections of conventional power plants and heating plants, hydroelectric and nuclear power plants, the utilities, the energy dispatching and supervisory power stations, the design institutes of energy facilities, and training sections of the power system operation. Other applications such graduates in the field of electricity consumption, where graduates apply to the technical, installation and operational sections of industries such as power engineers of enterprises and companies to ensure supply of electricity, converting electricity into heat energy and specific tasks to ensure electrical lighting and interior outdoor space. The graduates will continue to apply in the management of energy companies, energy research and development facilities and rationalization of energy equipment operation leading to savings in fuel to reduce harmful emissions and particulate matter.

Conditions of admission without the entrance exam

Condition for first degree:

1. pass by Tab. 1,

    * Bachelor's program, which is accredited in the same field in which they are accredited engineering program, for which the candidate seeks,
    * Department of bachelor or master study under the previous regulations,

2. or successfully completed a program or department under the previous legislation was not mentioned in Tab. 1, the structure and contents of the articles of the previous study, which guarantee eligibility to continue in graduate study.

 

Assessment of the ability of a candidate for graduate study:


Qualify for first degree and character of the engineering study assesses the admission commission. Admission commission appointed by the dean, it is usually a member of the Supervising department head or supervisor of the study program.

1. Meet conditions 1 to education is considered as the eligibility to continue in graduate study.

2. In meeting the second condition the character education is considered the receiving commission on the structure and content of the subjects passed the previous study. Character study may be conditional upon receipt of the study, registering more than two compulsory subjects of difference on the recommendation of the Commission.


The method of selection of eligible candidates adoption:


1. priority (no classification on a waiting list)

    * Documenting the basis for a successful outcome (successful investigator) on major international and professional competition, significance and relationship with the competition program of study (department) that will assess the application for admission commission,
    * With completion of prior learning with honors,

2. or the ranking i.e. classification by point evaluation of (t, j. Grade Point Average, which the calculation in order TUKE study) for the results achieved in the first stage of higher education. When adopting the preference shall be given candidates with a higher score ranking. For graduates of universities with a different calculation of the weighted average calculation will be performed corresponding to the points.
