Ekonomika a manažment podniku

ECONOMICS AND ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT
The study programme profiles the graduate to the position of a manager who is able to understand the enterprise as a system
consisting of functional organisational units in which the processes of the organisation are implemented in a cross-sectional manner and
can lead groups of people to meet the objectives of the organisation, whether in terms of process outputs or
organisational units. Graduates can hold economic and management positions at all levels of
management, but especially at the top and strategic levels, regardless of the size of the organization and
the nature of its products. Suitable for this broader focus are therefore the positions (given by the National Occupational Classification):
project manager, strategy manager, change management specialist, risk management specialist,
financial controller and other functional specialisations such as production manager, sales manager,
marketing manager, etc.
Within the narrower specialization "human potential management", the graduate has the skills to apply cross-sectionally in
positions: HR specialist, career guide/consultant, manager of further education, supervisor of
administrative staff or employee relations manager or within the specialization
"economics and management of tourism enterprises" the graduate can apply primarily as: manager
of services, customer relationship manager, operations manager, account manager or marketing analyst.
