Prospects of graduates
Graduates of the Human Resources and Personnel Management study program within the second degree of higher education studies in the particular study program, are eligible to perform professions such as:

- Personnel Manager (SKKR Level 7),
- Compensation and Benefits Manager (SKKR Level 7),
- Learning and Staff Development Manager (SKKR Level 7),
- Human Resources Specialist (SKKR Level 7),
- Human Resources Planning and Control Specialist (SKKR Level 7),

Conditions of admission
Applicants who completed a Bachelor's degree programme in the 8 Economics and Management field of study can be admitted to Master's degree programme in Human Resources and Personnel Management.

  • Undergraduates in their last year of a Bachelor's degree programme may also submit an application form for the Master's degree programme. This fact shall be indicated in the application form.
  • Applicants who completed a Bachelor's degree programme abroad shall submit a document on the recognition of a completed higher-education study issued by a foreign institution of higher education. If an international treaty between the respective state and the Slovak Republic on mutual recognition and equivalence of educational documents is concluded, such document is not required (e.g. higher education diplomas issued in the Czech Republic are automatically considered equivalent).
  • The admission procedure starts with the registration of the application to study in the AIS. The application must be registered in the Academic Information System (AIS) by the deadline as set by the faculty. Faculty of Social and Economic Relations will not send notifications on the registration of applications. Applicant registration and payment in AIS can be checked in the e-application (the application status shall be "preklopená” (flipped)).
  • The Dean of the Faculty of Social and Economic Relations shall appoint a board for the admission procedure, consisting of a chairman and its members. The Board is to check that all the prerequisites to study are met by the applicants.
  • The Dean shall decide on the admission to study.
  • Unsuccessful applicants may submit a request for the decision to be reviewed to the Dean within eight days from its delivery.
  • Admitted applicants are required to enrol to the programme of study as instructed in writing in the Decision on admission.
  • Pursuant to the Act No.131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education, as amended, § 59 (3), the faculties have the right to request information from admitted applicants whether they will enrol for studies. Shall applicants fail to provide the information by the deadline, their right to enrol shall lapse.
  • Please, indicate only for one form of study in the application form, either full-time or part-time.
  • The documents attached and admission fee will not be returned to the applicants.


Application deadline
Deadline extension will be decided by the Dean.

Tuition fees
In line with the applicable Directive on tuition fees and other fees associated with studies at TnUAD, tuition fees will be charged to part-time students, those full-time students who are simultaneously studying at another institution of higher education and/or students who have exceeded the standard duration of their study.

Admission procedure
The admission procedure is carried out without an entrance examination based on a selection procedure.

The admission criteria are those applicable to Slovak applicants.

The admission procedure is carried out without an entrance examination based on a selection procedure.

Electronic application form
It is advisable to apply via https://e-prihlaska.tnuni.sk.

Do not list any courses in the e-application. Do not enclose any attachments.
An e-application is registered in the Academic Information System only with a „uložená“ (saved) status. Registration in the Academic Information System can be checked in the e-application, e-application status: „preklopená“ (flipped), after the fee has been paid, the status shall be „poplatok uhradený“ (fee paid).

In case the payment is not indicated in the e-application form within 8 days after the payment, submit the copy of the payment receipt to the Chief Accountant: maria.suletyova@tnuni.sk.
Applicants who do not pay the admission fee and/or do not submit the required annexes will not receive a decision on admission.

Mandatory annexes to be submitted by FSEV TnUAD graduates:
  • No proof of graduation is required.


Mandatory annexes to be submitted by graduates from other Slovak and/or Czech institutions of higher education (not applicable to FSEV TnUAD graduates):
It is not required to print and send the e-application to the Department of Student Affairs. Applicants shall send by post the following mandatory annexes:
  • This year's graduates (those who are still studying), shall send by post a certificate of study indicating the study programme and, if applicable, the field of study and a notarized copy of the diploma immediately after receiving it, no later than on the enrolment day.
  • Graduates from past years shall send a copy of the Bachelor's degree diploma attested by a notary or register office.


Mandatory annexes to be submitted by graduates from foreign institutions of higher education:
It is not required to print and send the e-application to the Department of Student Affairs. Applicants shall send by post the following mandatory annexes:
  • A copy of the Bachelor's degree diploma officially translated in Slovak.
  • This year's graduates (those who are still studying): shall send by post a certificate of study indicating the study programme and, if applicable, the field of study officially translated in Slovak. A copy of the Bachelor degree diploma officially translated in Slovak shall be submitted immediately after its receipt or by the enrolment date at the latest.
  • A certificate of recognition of the Bachelor degree awarded by foreign institutions of higher education is required to be submitted not later than the enrolment date.


Annexes to be submitted by graduates with special needs:
When needed, applicants with specific needs shall enclose a request for having their special needs considered pursuant to the Directive for Applicants and Students with Special Needs, TnUAD.

Billing information
Invoice data to pay the admission procedure fee will be generated automatically in the form of a bank order after submitting the e-application, which can be found on https://e-prihlaska.tnuni.sk/ais/eprihlas.

If the admission procedure fee is not registered in the e-application within 8 days of payment, applicants shall send a copy of payment to the head of the accounting office to: maria.suletyova@tnuni.sk.
