Vysokoškolské vzdelávanie predstavuje najvyšší stupeň prípravy absolventov pre hospodársku prax. Jeho úlohou je vychovávať kvalitných ľudí, ktorí sú schopní reflektovať neustále sa meniace potreby a požiadavky praxe. Akcelerujúci rozvoj digitálnych technológií predstavuje významný prvok, ktorý je podniková prax nútená neustále absorbovať a prispôsobovať sa mu. Vysokoškolské vzdelávanie najmä vplyvom digitálnych technológií, si na jednej strane vyžaduje, a na druhej strane umožňuje, realizovať individualizáciu požiadaviek a potrieb jednotlivých účastníkov vzdelávacieho procesu. Komplexný kompetenčný profil absolventa študijného programu riadenie a ekonomika podniku reflektujúci potreby a požiadavky vyvíjajúcej sa hospodárskej praxe, je založený na niekoľkých súboroch zručností a kompetencií absolventov. V súčasnosti je charakter jednotlivých zručností a kompetencií determinovaný vývojom digitálnych technológií a schopnosťou prepájať tieto iné odborné kompetencie s nadobudnutými digitálnymi zručnosťami. Vysokoškolské vzdelávanie reaguje na tieto výzvy a integruje ich do systémov a procesov vzdelávania, výskumu a vedecko-odbornej praxe. Preto je projekt zameraný na modernizáciu kurikula študijného programu riadenie a ekonomika podniku individualizáciou prístupu pri nadobúdaní a rozvíjaní digitálnych zručností študentov, ako významnej a podstatnej podmienky súčasnosti a pre súbežný rozvoj komplexného kompetenčného profilu absolventa.

Project annotation in English language

Higher education represents the highest level of preparation of graduates for economic practice. Its task is to educate high-quality people who can reflect the constantly changing needs and requirements of practice. The accelerating development of digital technologies represents a significant element that corporate practice is forced to constantly absorb and adapt to. Higher education, especially due to the influence of digital technologies, on the one hand requires, and on the other hand enables, the individualization of the requirements and needs of individual participants in the educational process. The comprehensive competence profile of a graduate of the business management and economics study program, reflecting the needs and requirements of the developing business practice, is based on several sets of skills and competencies of the graduates. Currently, the nature of individual skills and competencies is determined by the development of digital technologies and the ability to connect these other professional competencies with acquired digital skills. Higher education responds to these challenges and integrates them into the systems and processes of education, research, and scientific and professional practice. Therefore, the project is aimed at modernizing the curriculum of the business management and economics study program by individualizing the approach to the acquisition and development of students' digital skills, as an important and essential condition of the present and for the simultaneous development of a graduate's comprehensive competence profile.
