The main objective
The main theme of the international conference is labor migration as a driving force behind the global economy and social transformation.
Conference Objectives:
- To analyze current legislation and administrative processes related to labor migration and propose recommendations for improving their efficiency.
- To assess the impacts of labor migration on host countries and countries of origin from various social perspectives.
- Promoting critical reflection on narratives and discourses about labor migration and its impacts on the population and society.
- Analysis and familiarization with the strategies (adaptation, integration) of labor migrants and their families.
- Analyzing the specifics of labor migration in Slovakia, with a focus on foreigners in the Slovak labor market, foreign graduates of Slovak schools, and Slovaks living abroad as labor migrants.
