GradeUP 2026

The conference is part of the national project “Supporting Students’ Entrepreneurial and Innovative Potential.” The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Slovakia Program. The project aims to promote and integrate entrepreneurship, innovation, and practical experience directly into higher education. Based on the submitted projects, universities receive support for innovating their study programs and linking them to real-world practice in accordance with the objectives of the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization of the Slovak Republic 2021–2027.

The main themes of the conference are: connecting schools with the real world, building startups, the challenges of entrepreneurship in the age of artificial intelligence, as well as the exchange of experiences in brand building, creativity, tourism, and business expansion beyond Slovakia’s borders.

GradeUP is intended for high school students, college students, and the general public. In addition to the program, it will offer opportunities for networking, discussions, and workshops, with the chance to meet entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors.
