IVGC Bratislava 2026 - Visual Effects Transformations VII

The IVGC international conference is organized by the Department of Visual Effects and Game Design at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. The aim of the conference is to explore opportunities for the development of visual effects, exchange scientific knowledge in VFX and GD at an international level, and promote international cooperation between the FilmEU+ association of eight European universities.

The conference is intended for students of VFX and GD study programs, external amateurs, or professionals in both a domestic and international context.

DAY 1:
- Ľudovít Labík - Introduction of   International VFX and GD Conference
- Ľudovít Labík, Filipe Luz - Closing remarks and Evaluation of the IVGC
Day 2: Professionals presenting their topics
Day 1: MGR VFX department students and international students presenting topics

Conference recording:
Presentations are recorded in MS TEAMS.
Presentations are available to the general professional public.
The conference is broadcast live on YouTube with a 360° camera.
Individual video contributions are shared via the websites: www.avfx.sk , www.ahd.avfx.sk and via the websites of participating foreign schools. 

Proceedings:
The output of the conference is an electronic written document - IVGC 2025 Proceedings (visual record of individual presentations). The proceedings also include contributions that were not presented in the video conference presentations.
