Uplatnenie absolventov

           The study programme "Human Resources and Personnel Management" is designed for the second degree of university education in the field of study 3.3.14 Human Resources and Personnel Management. The study programme in the second degree of university education takes up 4 semesters (two years) and is completed by defending the final thesis and passing the final state examination. Standard study load is 60 credits per year. To pass in the absolute numbers, the student must achieve 120 credits in the outlined study plan. Graduates of the second degree of university studies of Human Resources and Personnel Management can conceptually deal with the issues, it means they can address goal setting in accordance with business needs, formulate policies for each function of personnel management, analyse, design, implement and provide various programmes and systems of personnel management. The study programme provides an extensive knowledge base on economic development patterns and social layer of society, new trends in the development of organizations, approaches and current management methods, norms, rules, procedures, and management techniques of people in state, public-administration, and economic organizations.

Podmienky prijatia

Applicants who completed a Bachelor's degree programme of minimum 3 years (Act No. 131/2002 Coll.) or completed their full higher-education studies in the length of 5 years (Act No. 172/1990 Coll.) can be admitted to Master's degree programme in Human Resources and Personnel Management.



Doplňujúce informácie

Vypísanie 2., prípadne ďalšieho kola prijímacieho konania zváži dekan fakulty a prijímacie konanie bude do 15 dní od uzavretia prihlášok.

Admission criteria apply to both international and Slovak students.

Information for applicants from abroad for II. (master´s, engineering, ) degree study

or III. (postgraduate) degree study.

1. Applicants from the Czech Republic have the same conditions as applicants from the Slovak Republic.

 2. For applicants with whom the Slovak Republic has concluded a contract on the mutual recognition of equivalence of educational documents or the state of the European Higher Education Area.

 Pursuant to § 39 of Act no. 422/2015 Coll. on Recognition of Education Documents and on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications and on Amendments to Certain Laws (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the evidence of education pursuant to Section 33 1 of the Act and § 36 par. (1) and (2) of the Act issued by a recognized educational institution of a Member State or of a third country with which an international agreement on mutual recognition of equivalence of educational documents has been concluded (Czech Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine) the Republic is bound to be recognized as equivalent automatically for the purposes of continuing the study.
If it is a certificate of education pursuant to § 33 par.1 of the Act issued by a recognized educational institution of the European Higher Education Area (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece , The Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain , Sweden, Switzerland, Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Belarus), the level of education is recognized as equivalent automatically for the purposes of continuing education.

 

Applicant submits a written request on recognition of education document to TnUAD which must contain:

  • first name and surname of applicant;
  • address of permanent residence or similar residence of applicant;
  • subject of request;
  • name and address of recognized university, where the document on completed education was issued;
  • year confirming the end of applicant’s study;
  • applicant’s signature.

Annex to the request:

  • copy of identification card;
  • verified copies of education documents;
  • document on the payment of administrative fee

The applicant is required to produce a certified translation of the documents into the Slovak language. TnUAD assesses the request within 7 days from receipt of the request. If the application does not have the prescribed formalities, the proceedings shall be interrupted and shall ask the applicant to complete the missing documents or to remedy the deficiencies of the application. TnUAD will issue within 15 days of receipt of the complete application a decision stating with which evidence of education the evidence of presented proof of education is equivalent.

3. For applicants from another Member State or third country

Under § 33 par. 1 of the Act Recognizing the Certificate of Education issued by recognized higher education institutions in another Member State or in a third country for the purpose of continuing the studies shall be decided by TnUAD, who carries out study programs in the same study or related fields of study as mentioned in the education document.

The applicant shall submit a written application for recognition of the evidence of education which must contain the information referred in point 2. The application shall include in particular:

  • copy of identification card;
  • verified copies of education documents;
  • statement of completed subjects and completed exams;
  • verified copy of supplement to university diploma, if it is issued by the given recognized university;
  • information about the educational background, what is the subject of request (a copy is enough);
  • verification of authenticity of signatures and stamp of university on the education documents by an authorized authority of a member state or third state, if an international agreement does not determine it;
  • document on the payment of administrative fee (stamp in a value of 6,50 € - undamaged and unglued).

The ADUT, within the meaning of § 34 of Statue book, decides about the recognition of education documents at the latest two months since the delivery of a complete request and also decides: 

  • on the recognition of education document;
  • on the rejection of request on the recognition of education document;
  • on the imposition of differential exam.

Všeobecné informácie k prijímacej skúške

Applicants shall indicate the study in English language next to the study programme.

Fakulta uprednostňuje podanie prihlášky cez https://e-prihlaska.tnuni.sk. Vyplnenú a potvrdenú e-prihlášku nie je potrebné tlačiť a posielať na študijné oddelenie fakulty. Uchádzač pošle len povinnú prílohu prihlášky:

  • Notárom alebo matrikou overená kópia Bc. diplomu.
    Tohoroční absolventi doručia notárom overenú kópiu diplomu ihneď po jeho obdržaní, najneskôr v deň zápisu na štúdium. Nevyžaduje sa od tohoročných absolventov FSEV TnUAD.
  • Doklad o uznaní Bc. vzdelania absolvovaného na zahraničnej vysokej škole predložia uchádzači najneskôr v deň zápisu na štúdium (absolventom z Českej republiky sa doklady uznávajú automaticky za rovnocenné bez ďalšieho úradného postupu).

Upozornenie pre uchádzačov:

  • Uchádzač nevypisuje do prihlášky predmety a výsledky absolvované počas Bc. štúdia.
  • Do Akademického informačného systému sa zaeviduje e-prihláška len so stavom prihlášky  „uložená“.
  • V prípade, že poplatok za prijímacie konanie nebude uhradený v e-prihláške do 8 dní od stavu prihlášky:"preklopená", uchádzač zašle doklad na overenie vykonanej platby vedúcej učtárne na mail: maria.suletyova@tnuni.sk.

 

  • Na štúdium v II. stupni vysokoškolského štúdia  študijného programu „Ľudské zdroje a personálny manažment“ môžu byť prijatí aj uchádzači, ktorí absolvovali príbuzné a ďalšie študijné odbory I. stupňa vysokoškolského štúdia (Bc.), alebo majú ukončené päťročné úplné vysokoškolské štúdium. Uchádzači, absolventi študijných programov I. stupňa z iných vysokých škôl absolvujú počas inžinierskeho štúdia diferenčné skúšky z vybraných predmetov povinného základu bakalárskeho študijného programu Ľudské zdroje a personálny manažment.

  • Uchádzači s neuhradeným poplatkom nemôžu dostať rozhodnutie o prijatí.
  • Výberové konanie sa pre uchádzača o štúdium začína doručením jeho prihlášky na štúdium. Prihláška musí byť doručená do termínu určeného fakultou. Fakulta nezasiela oznámenie o zaevidovaní prihlášky. Či je uchádzač zaevidovaný v AISe si skontroluje v e-prihláške, stav prihlášky „preklopená“.
  • Dekan FSEV TnUAD vymenuje komisiu pre výberové konanie, ktorá bude pozostávať z predsedu a členov komisie. Táto následne preverí splnenie podmienok uchádzačov o štúdium.
  • O prijatí na štúdium rozhoduje dekan fakulty na základe rozhodnutia výberovej komisie.
  • Uchádzač, ktorý dostal rozhodnutie o neprijatí na štúdium, môže do ôsmich dní odo dňa doručenia podať dekanovi fakulty žiadosť o preskúmanie rozhodnutia.
  • Uchádzač, ktorý dostal rozhodnutie o prijatí, je povinný zapísať sa podľa pokynov, ktoré obdrží písomnou formou spolu s rozhodnutím o prijatí na štúdium.

 

General requirements and information:

  • Undergraduates in their last year of a Bachelor's degree programme may also submit an application form for the Master's degree programme. This fact shall be indicated in the application form.
  • Applicants who completed an associated Bachelor's degree programme or other Bachelor's degree programmes or completed their full higher-education studies in the length of 5 years can be admitted to Master's degree programme in Human Resources and Personnel Management. Applicants, who are graduates of Bachelor's degree programmes from other institutions of higher education, shall take examinations in selected compulsory course units in the Bachelor's degree programme of Human Resources and Personnel Management.     
  • Applicants who completed a Bachelor's degree programme abroad must submit a document on the recognition of a completed higher-education study issued by a foreign institution of higher education (pursuant to Section 106 (3) of Act 131/2002 Coll. On Higher Education).

If an international treaty between the respective state and the Slovak Republic on mutual recognition and equivalence of educational documents is concluded, such document is not required (e.g. higher education diplomas issued in the Czech Republic are automatically considered as equivalent, i.e. with no further action).

  • The Dean of the Faculty of Social and Economic Relations shall appoint a board for the admission procedure, consisting of a chairman and its members. The commission shall verify whether all the requirements related to the Master's degree programme are met.
  • The dean shall decide on the admission to study based on the recommendations by the board members.
  • Unsuccessful applicants may submit a request to examine the decision on the admission procedure to the dean within eight days from its delivery.
  • Applicants who received a decision on admission are required to enrol to the programme of study as instructed in writing.
  • By notification of the decision on admission to study pursuant to the Act No. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education, section 59, 3 as amended, the faculty is entitled to ask applicants whether they are going to enrol. The right of the applicants to enrol shall lapse if they fail to provide the information within by the deadline.
  • The admission procedure begins with the submission of a study application form. The application must be delivered within the deadline specified by the faculty. The Faculty does not notify applicants on registration of their applications. Applicants may check the registration of their applications in the Academic Information System (AIS) based on the instructions found on www.fsev.tnuni.sk,  UCHÁDZAČI (APPLICANTS) section
  • Applications rejected are likely to be incomplete or missing part of the requested documentation.
  • The attached documents and admission fees will not be returned to the applicants.

Fakturačné údaje k úhrade poplatku za prijímacie konanie Vám budú po podaní e-prihlášky, ktorú nájdete na https://e-prihlaska.tnuni.sk/ais/eprihlas vygenerované systémom automaticky formou platobného príkazu.

Poplatok je potrebné uhradiť do 14 dní od poslania e-prihlášky.

V prípade, že nevyužijete vyššie popísaný komfortný proces e-prihlášky a pošlete prihlášku v papierovej forme, platobné údaje Vám budú po prijatí papierovej prihlášky poslané na Vami zadaný e-mail.

Poplatok je potrebné uhradiť do 14 dní od odoslania platobného príkazu.
