Prospects of graduates

The graduate from the Bachelor studies of the study programme Graphics, has theoretical and practical knowledge from the area of classical and alternative graphics. He/she is able to creatively use them mainly in the field of free art. They have an overview of the fine art history from the oldest times up to the present. They are aware of the main topics of fine art theory and aesthetics. They are able to communicate in one foreign language at an advanced level. They are prepared to work as a graphic artist in the area of free and utility art. They have a command of the technological procedures of deep printing, relief printing and surface printing. They can manage small graphic workshops specialised in traditional "classical" print or serigraphy.

Conditions od admission

The basic condition of admission for the study is gaining full secondary school education or full secondary vocational education.

Orientation on graphics is assumed, as well as basic knowledge in the given field, interest in cultural and social happening in the field of fine art, own creation, basic computer skills at a user level.

The admission condition for the study programme is the admission procedure that consists of: a practical part (aptitude exam) and a theoretical part (a test from art history and general cultural-social overview).

Another admission condition for the study is successful completion of the entrance exam.

The entrance exam has two rounds:         

1. round is for one day (homework, practical assignments)         

2. round is for one day (test, oral interview)
